Best Hearing Center, Inc. works diligently to maintain its reputation as a caring, compassionate and consultative hearing practice. The principal shareholders of Best Hearing Center, Inc. are Dr. Audrey G. Freeman, and Brian P. Freeman. They acquired the assets of a former hearing practice and incorporated the new company as Best Hearing Center, Inc., an Illinois Corporation, in February of 2003.
Best Hearing Center is an Illinois Corporation, and Dr. Freeman is licensed by the State of Illinois as an Audiologist, and this can be verified by visting the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. Our goal is to provide the best hearing healthcare available, by listening to our patients and understanding their needs. We're proud to say that many of our customers have known, trusted and counted on Dr. Audrey Freeman's care for many years. She would like to have the opportunity to provide the same care for you!
Our office is located in Westmont, just a couple blocks west of Clarendon Hills. We combined our two former west suburban offices to a beautiful new building nearly centered between them. The 200 E. Chicago Building in Westmont (just 2 blocks east of Cass Ave), was built in 1990, offers newer features, larger more spacious offices, ample parking which is maintained in inclement weather. Most importantly, this office affords Best Hearing Center the ability to expand its staff and products/services, when the need arises. Our Westmont Office is less than 20 minutes away for the vast majority of our west suburan patients, most times of the day.

Chicago Avenue becomes Naperville Ave to the west of Cass Ave, or Maple Avenue further west in Downers Grove. Chicago Ave. becomes 47th Street as it enters Cook County, (east of County Line Road). We're on the northside of Chicago Avenue.
Dr. Audrey G. Freeman, Au.D. is the President and Licensed Audiologist for Best Hearing Center. She has nearly 25 years experience in a variety of clinical settings ranging from private practice, Ear Nose Throat Physician practices to major hospitals. She has a caring, consultative and compassionate manner with patients. Her goal is for her patients to understand the hearing process, and ensure the highest level of customer service possible. Dr. Freeman is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois, and is an active member of the American Academy of Audiology. She also actively maintains continuing educational requirements in order to provide the best service to all her patients.
Brian P. Freeman, MBA is our Vice President, Business Operations. Brian manages our business affairs not related to audiology. He's responsible for our marketing and advertising, including the design and maintenance of this web site. Brian also manages Best Hearing Center's business and financial affairs and works closely with our state and local government regulators, accountants and attorneys and maintains the computer systems at our offices. He has had over 30 years experience in business affairs.
Anna is the Office Manager of Best Hearing Center. Anna greets patients, performs reception duties, maintains databases and assists with several accounting and marketing projects. Anna comes to us with several years of medical office experience and is an asset to our team. We are happy to have Anna on board.
