I had my hearing tested at Best Hearing Center, because of problems I was having understanding normal speech in noisy environments. Dr. Audrey Freeman fit me with the latest in digital technology in hearing aids, and I must admit that it has improved my hearing in meetings, restaurants and even in normal day-to-day hearing environments. I would recommend Dr. Freeman and Best Hearing Center to anyone having difficulty hearing. Their service has been excellent.

Do you miss hearing birds and crickets? I did and discovered they are still around after having my hearing tested by Dr. Audrey Freeman of Best Hearing Center and began wearing digital hearing aids in both ears. The exam was simple. Dr. Freeman is totally involved in making her patients satisfied and happy. The office visit could not have been more pleasant, and the receptionist Anna is a wonderful first line of contact, making you feel very comfortable. Every four months, a return visit to evaluate hearing and clean the hearing aids is included in the initial purchase of the aids. The modern day hearing aids are so far advanced over the ones my parents used. They are small, discreet, and state of the art design. No longer do I sit silent in a group of chatting people. I can hear and understand. No longer is the TV volume set on high, disturbing others in the room. Hearing is a blessing, and Dr. Freeman helps provide that blessing.

I had been using older analog hearing aids with poor results. My husband was telling me that I was always asking him "what did you say"? I listened to him and went to see Audrey Freeman about new digital hearing aids. Audrey listened to me as I explained my problem and gave me a complete hearing test. Audrey is very thorough in testing, and in explaining the answers to my questions. She follows up every four months to check out my hearing aids, and clean them if required. She takes a personal interest in my well being. I would recommend her to anyone. I would also recommend digital directional hearing aids. I've had excellent results!

From the moment I walked into the office of Best Hearing Center, I know I had made the right choice of places to solve my hearing problem. The receptionist was courteous and friendly. The Audiologist, Dr. Audrey Freeman, Au.D., was caring and professional. I explained to her that while employed as President and CEO of a financial institution, I had worn analog hearing aids, which served me well in the business environment. However, when I retired and embarked on my new profession as "full-time Mommy" to two daughters from China, I stopped wearing the old hearing aids as they didn't function well in the new role. Not long afterward it became clear that I was not hearing my daughters many questions and requests, and they were becoming annoyed with me. I found myself avoiding talking on the phone and with others in person. The gift of hearing from my new digital hearing aids had a positive effect on my quality of life. It was also a gift to my children and others, who no longer had to constantly repeat themselves. Regardless of your special hearing needs and circumstances, I highly recommend Best Hearing Center. Dr. Freeman cares about her patients, and she is a dedicated professional.
